Removed "20th Day Payment Notes" from announcements as it was no longer necessary. Added "Payment Today" banner to highlight benefits scheduled for the current day. Updated JavaScript for improved smooth scrolling, accessibility, and keyboard focus. Highlighting logic now correctly shows only the next upcoming payment for each benefit by default.
Added expandable payment sections that default to showing just the next date for each benefit. Announcements now only appear in the month they apply to. Updated layout to show benefit boxes side-by-side. Moved navigation buttons to the top of the page. Removed dark mode toggle and budget-style helper text. Added this changelog page with a link back to the main calendar.
New benefit payment dates were also added for CPP, OAS, and other programs.
